Once order is placed successfully, order is shipped within next 24-48 hours. However, the delivery of the item can take up to 7 working days after shipment depending upon the delivery location.
Shipping Charges
Craft Kashmir provides free delivery on all products if order amount is above certain limit i.e. 699 INR for shipping within India. For shipping outside India, shipping charges may be applicable. In case their is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by the customer. Some areas in INDIA attract more shipping cost and hence additional charge shall reflect on your Total Amount before proceeding for Payment.
Cash on Delivery
Craft Kashmir provides Cash on Delivery option for all orders, all over India. However, there are certain areas and products for which Cash on Delivery option is not available. Minimum of Rs.99 is chargeable over and above the Order amount for Cash on Delivery facility as convenience fee.
Delivery Time
Craft Kashmir monitors and deliver quality product directly from Natural source. Craft Kashmir operates with 3-5 days shipping policy for the areas covered by our reputed shipping partners. For other areas, orders will be sent by surface service which may take 1 week depending on the location.

Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Other areas are referred to the areas where in there is limited scope of private shipping. In such cases if any order is booked from any such location, Craft Kashmir will intimate you before dispatch. In case of any expedited delivery request by you, additional charges will be applicable. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the product(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
Taxes or Hidden Charges
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes. In case there is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by customer.
Cancellation Policy
  • You need to intimate Craft Kashmir by e-mail (support@craftkashmir.com) or call with purchasing details as soon as purchase is done.
  • Craft Kashmir reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that is listed at an incorrect price. In case, you are charged, the same shall be credited to your account (whichever is used at time of purchasing the product) and duly notified by email.
  • You must use your own credit card for credit card transactions. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you. In case you received an open or unsealed package from Craft Kashmir shipping partners, please do not accept the shipment and intimate Craft Kashmir to investigate the issue. Craft Kashmir will replace the product without additional charges.

10 Days Return Policy
An order can be cancelled within 10 days from the day of delivery;

Refund Policy

100% Refund policy no Deduction

An order can be cancelled and you can get refund in one of the two ways available as follows;

Refund as Reversal into your bank account/NEFT/Cash deposit.
Amount will be refunded to the same bank account used at the time of transaction. In case of order via NEFT either the amount will be transferred back through NEFT or cash will be deposited into the bank account. The customer needs to notify us with an email to get refund via this option.

Refund as KV Points (Default)
This is the default option of refund for order cancellation. The full amount is refunded as KV Points. There will be no deduction in the order amount whether order is shipped or not.
Amendments
Craft Kashmir may amend this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the website. The revised version will be effective at the time Craft Kashmir posts it on the website. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the Policy.
